Ronda has been actively engaged in sustainable transportation and land use planning for approximately 25 years. Prior to becoming Executive Director of Cross County Connection in 2019, Ronda served as the organization’s Program Director. She has extensive experience with the design, implementation and funding of community shuttle systems. She has formed public/private partnerships to fund and oversee these shuttles and leads collaborative efforts to sustain them. Ronda also works with local governments and the private sector to encourage the use of sustainable commuting modes through promotion and implementation of appropriate infrastructure. Ronda holds a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from The George Washington University.
