Kristen McLaughlin is the Sustainable Transportation Planner at Cross County Connection TMA. She is new to the planning field, starting with Cross County Connection in 2023. Her passion for the environment and creating better communities led to her studies of Sustainability, Planning, and Geographic Information Science at Rowan University. Prior to planning, she worked as an environmental scientist on high-profile projects across the country. Kristen grew up in South Jersey and is passionate about connecting our communities and improving transportation infrastructure to accommodate all people. When she’s not working, you’re likely to find her hiking a local trail, gardening, or finding a new creative project to work on.
